Qualifications
- Required:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of practice in good standing
- Minimum two (2) years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or behavioral health setting
- Successful completion of background check
- Tuberculosis Screening
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening
- CPR Certification
- AVADE certification upon hire
- Preferred:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Experience in behavioral health or inpatient psychiatric hospital settings
- Experience in infection prevention, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, or performance improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation, CDC infection prevention guidelines, and OSHA standards
