What are the responsibilities and job description for the QMHP (Master Level) position at LIFEWAYS INC?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (This is not an exhaustive list of all duties/responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned)
- Provide diagnostic assessments/evaluations with DSM V diagnoses, develop treatment plans, provide individualized case management and counseling to individuals, couples, family, and groups.
- Make appropriate referrals.
- May provide education and support to clients and families, skills training, and outreach to client homes.
- Develop and review treatment plans to ensure the delivery of appropriate interventions.
- Provide crisis intervention, counseling, evaluations, and related services.
- Provide clinical oversight. Difficult cases and crisis management are emphasized with treatment plan.
- Provide supervision, consultation, education and training for other program staff and community agencies and groups.
- Provide supervision for licensure for program staff as well as for graduate level interns.

Requirements:
- Required:
- Master’s degree in social work, behavioral health, or closely related field
- Be registered with MHACBO or other appropriate licensing board for a QMHP within 30 days of hire
- Must be able to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Successful Tuberculosis Screening
- Current driver's license
- Bilingual/multilingual in Spanish
