Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleAshley Bruning McBride Insurance Agency is hiring a motivated, customer-focused insurance professional to help grow our agency by supporting new and existing customers. This role includes insurance sales, ongoing customer service, and representing our agency through community events and outreach.Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- In office: Kuna, Idaho
Pay / CompensationAnnual salary: $45,000–$85,000
Compensation includes hourly wages plus bonus opportunities. (Bonus structure: performance-based.)Responsibilities
- Sell insurance policies for Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial (as applicable)
- Provide service to existing customers (policy updates, coverage questions, support needs)
- Follow up with leads and prospects to drive new business
- Maintain accurate customer and policy records
- Deliver excellent customer service and help retain clients through strong relationships
- Participate in community events and outreach to promote the agency and connect with local residents/businesses/ events
- Represent the agency professionally in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to sell and build rapport with clients
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage your time effectively
- Reliable attendance and comfort working the in-office schedule listed above
- Insurance licensing:
- Active license preferred
- Willingness to obtain/maintain an Idaho insurance license is required (the agency will help support you if needed)
