Primary Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot document errors, repair corrupted files, and provide technical support for formatting issues.
- Utilize AI-assisted tools and modern legal technology to enhance efficiency and document quality.
- Prepare charts, exhibits, and accompanying materials as needed.
- Maintain familiarity with evolving document management systems and workflow tools.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3 years of recent and dedicated legal word processing experience within a US law firm (large-firm experience preferred).

- Ability to type 60 WPM with high accuracy.
- Outstanding attention to detail, proofreading ability, and document quality control.
- Strong communication skills and comfort supporting multiple attorneys and shifting priorities.
