Trust and Estate Administration Paralegal | Boca Raton, FL | Hybrid
A well‑established law firm in Boca Raton is seeking an experienced Trust and Estate Administration Paralegal.
Position Overview
The Trust and Estate Administration Paralegal will handle all phases of estate and trust administration and play a key role in supporting attorneys and clients throughout the probate and trust administration process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of estate and trust administration from start to finish
- Communicate extensively with clients, financial advisors, and accountants
- Prepare federal estate tax returns and fiduciary accountings
- Coordinate and execute estate distributions and trust funding
- Prepare deeds and handle related real estate transfer documentation
- Maintain organized files and ensure accuracy across complex financial matters
Qualifications
- 5 plus years of trust and estate administration experience
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple matters
- Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive approach
Preferred Experience
- Working knowledge of estate tax software such as ONESOURCE or Fast Tax
- Experience with HotDocs and Microsoft Word
- Familiarity with fiduciary accountings and complex estate matters
Education
- College degree and or paralegal certificate required
- JD or JD/Paralegal candidates will also be considered
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience
- Salary range: $76,500 to $150,00
- Comprehensive benefits package
The firm currently operates on a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days working from home.
