Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Tax, Trusts & Estates Associate for our client’s Florida office.

Job Summary

The Tax, Trusts & Estates Associate will support a sophisticated practice focused on estate planning, tax strategy, and wealth transfer. This role requires a detail-oriented attorney with strong analytical skills and the ability to advise clients on complex tax and estate planning matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with estate planning, trust administration, and tax-related matters
• Draft wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
• Advise clients on tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies
• Conduct legal research on tax and estate planning issues
• Support compliance with federal and state tax regulations
• Work closely with clients, accountants, and financial advisors
• Manage multiple matters while meeting deadlines

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax, trusts, and estates law
• LL.M in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred
• Active bar admission required
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
