Corporate Attorney (Comtract)

A highly respected boutique law firm with a sophisticated corporate and transactional practice is seeking a Contract Corporate Attorney to support its team on a remote basis through the end of August. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a lean, high-performing environment and is comfortable handling complex matters with a high level of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of corporate and commercial agreements

• Support mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, transaction structuring, and closing processes

• Advise on corporate governance matters, entity formation, and operational issues

• Work closely with partners on strategic transactions and client matters

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Bar license required

• 4 years of experience in corporate, transactional, or business law

• Strong experience with M&A, corporate structuring, and commercial contracts

• Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision

• Prior experience in a boutique or sophisticated practice environment preferred
