WHAT YOU'LL DO
──────────────────────────
✔ Manage a complex caseload of medical malpractice matters from intake through trial
✔ Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses
✔ Coordinate with medical experts, review records and prepare expert summaries
✔ Conduct in-depth medical records review and chronology preparation
✔ Manage depositions, subpoenas and case calendaring
✔ Assist attorneys with trial preparation including exhibit organization and witness coordination
✔ Communicate directly with clients, medical providers and opposing counsel
✔ Maintain case files and manage litigation deadlines with precision

WHO YOU ARE

✔ 7 years of medical malpractice paralegal experience — this is non-negotiable
✔ Deep understanding of medical terminology, records and expert coordination
✔ Strong command of Florida civil procedure and court filing rules
✔ Experience with discovery, depositions and trial support
✔ Highly organized, deadline-driven and able to manage a heavy caseload independently
✔ A true professional who takes pride in their work and their clients
✔ Someone who is ready to plant roots — not just looking for their next stepping stone
