What You’ll Do
- Lead advanced tax work across fund, partnership, and management company structures
- Manage U.S. and international tax compliance, including forms, investor reporting, and jurisdiction‑specific requirements
- Oversee key filings: 1099s, 1042s, partnership returns, and global tax submissions
- Analyze tax implications of investment activity; advise investment professionals on real‑time scenarios
- Partner with accounting, reporting, and investor teams to ensure accurate data flow for tax filings
- Monitor and document ASC 740 tax exposure
- Drive process improvement, documentation, and internal control enhancements
- Support new fund launches, entity structuring, and global tax considerations
- Collaborate with internal development/technology teams to advance tax systems and automation
- Serve as a senior technical resource while operating in a hands‑on, detail‑driven capacity
What You’ll Bring
- 8–12 years of progressive tax experience
- 3 years in a management‑level role
- Experience in asset management, investment management, or private equity required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required
