Talent Acquisition Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, and candidate relationship management. Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles and industries.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of tools and platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Provide a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay informed on industry trends, labor market changes, and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in an agency or high-volume environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
- Professional certification (e.g., AIRS, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Starting at $75,000 based on experience
Hours: Monday through Friday
