LHH is currently partnering with an organization Baltimore County area seeking a contract TA Coordinator to support their team. This role is focused on sourcing, attracting, and evaluating top talent while supporting managers throughout the hiring process. You will be the main point of contact for candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and engaging recruitment experience. The position will extend for 1-2 months and will pay between $24-$27 per hour based on experience. This position will require 5 days a week onsite. Prior experience utilized Indeed and an ATS system highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and engage potential candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals).
- Develop creative strategies to attract high-quality candidates for open positions.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct phone screens, assess candidate qualifications, and provide detailed feedback to hiring managers.
- Draft and post clear, engaging, and accurate job descriptions.
- Represent the company professionally in all candidate interactions.
- Assist in promoting recruiting events, career fairs, and other talent initiatives.
- Support managers throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, including interview coordination and offer management.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment metrics.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during all stages of hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment guidance.
- Share insights on market trends, candidate expectations, and best practices.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Key Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or staffing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong phone presence and experience conducting interviews.
- Skilled in creating compelling job postings and outreach messages.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Comfortable using applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, and recruitment tools.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and ethical approach to hiring.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
