Staff Accountant
Santa Clara, CA (onsite)
$38-42/hr

Job Duties
- Perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with GAAP
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting
- Assist with audits, documentation, and process improvements within the accounting function
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in a staff accountant or general accounting role
- Professional fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting
- Experience with accounting software and strong Excel skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
