LHH Professional Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-respected engineering firm on the search for a senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team in Bellevue, WA. This individual will work closely with Senior leadership to deliver end-to-end recruiting support across the organization, managing full-cycle recruitment and leveraging a range of innovative sourcing strategies. The role will also support the ongoing development of talent acquisition programs and policies.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage full life-cycle recruitment for professional non-technical and technical roles
- Partner closely with Sr Leadership and HR team members to assess workforce needs and attract top industry talent
- Lead and execute talent acquisition projects and initiatives throughout the year in support of firm-wide hiring goals
- Utilize a mix of standard and specialized sourcing techniques to build and maintain strong pipelines for core skill sets and executive-level searches
- Stay current on candidate market conditions, industry hiring trends, and effective sourcing practices
- Support and enhance employer branding and social media efforts to expand talent reach
- Track, compile, and maintain regional talent acquisition metrics and reporting
- Mentor, coach and manage a team
Qualifications needed:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR‑related graduate education preferred
- 6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
- Prior experience managing and developing recruiting teams
- Strong knowledge of modern recruiting strategies, tools, and best practices
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and experience working in metrics‑driven environments
- Proven ability to evolve and improve talent acquisition practices, processes, and technologies
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment
- Strong relationship‑building skills with business leaders and senior stakeholders
- Effective change management capabilities with the ability to influence and drive adoption
- Excellent communication skills and a strong client‑service mindset
Benefits Include
- Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis up to 120 hours a year with an increase after tenure, 9 Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave (Washington State). PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.

Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
