LHH is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager to support a growing commercial insurance book. This role is ideal for a seasoned commercial lines professional who excels in client service, policy administration, and collaboration with producers and underwriters.
Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day service needs for commercial insurance clients, including endorsements, renewals, certificates of insurance, and policy changes
- Support claims reporting and follow‑up as needed
- Partner with producers to support new business and maintain existing accounts
- Coordinate with underwriting teams to ensure accurate coverage and documentation
- Complete ACORD forms and carrier applications with a high level of accuracy
- Track follow‑ups and ensure timely resolution of outstanding requests
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required
- Senior‑level experience in commercial lines account management
- Experience with Applied Systems Epic preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and client service skills
- Professional designations such as CISR, CIC, ARM, or CPCU preferred
Work Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Location: Remote or onsite
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $80,000–$90,000, based on experience
