What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Accountant, Healthcare 90K-95K (3 days in office) position at LHH?
We are looking to fill a Senior Accountant position with a fast growing Healthcare company in Dallas. This role will be responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements, inter-company reconciliations, P&L analysis, reviewing the work of staff accountants and will report directly to the Senior Accounting Manager. The ideal candidate will have either healthcare or multi-unit accounting experience but that is not required.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule (Only 3 days per week in office). The salary range is 90K-95K Bonus.
Duties:
· Preparation of monthly financial statements
· Assist with budget preparations
· Preparation of account reconciliations, accruals and variance analysis
· Mentor and give direction to accounting staff
· Working with external auditors and within business unit management
· Assist in Ad-Hoc projects as needed
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
· Minimum of five years of accounting experience
· Strong Excel skills
· Must have excellent communications skills
