I'm partnering with a rapidly growing, private-equity-backed healthcare organization that has doubled headcount and nearly tripled revenue in recent years. With continued nationwide expansion and several new practice acquisitions in the pipeline, the accounting team is adding a Staff Accountant to support both corporate accounting and multi-unit practice operations.

The Role
You’ll support several practice locations and corporate entities by owning:
- Month-end close and accrual accounting
- Cash-to-accrual conversion (revenue and COGS)
- Account reconciliations and GL accuracy
- Budget vs. actual analysis
- Internal control oversight
- Intercompany entries
- Financial reporting support and communication with practice leaders
- Process improvement recommendations
This is a hands-on, high-visibility role reporting to an Accounting Manager, with dotted-line exposure to senior leadership.
Who They’re Looking For
- 2 years public audit or 3 years industry accounting, with healthcare, multi-unit, or client-facing experience
- Strong communicator who enjoys interacting with operations teams and practice leaders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting multiple locations
- Collaborative, personable, and excited to work in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable with 100% in-office in the Grapevine/Southlake area (team is flexible when personal needs arise)
Compensation
$80K–$90K base 10% bonus target
