I’m partnering confidentially with a rapidly scaling, private equity-backed healthcare platform seeking a Director of FP&A to join a high-caliber finance team in the Dallas area.

The Opportunity
This role sits at the intersection of strategic finance, operations, and M&A integration, reporting directly to senior finance leadership. You will lead and develop a team while partnering cross-functionally to drive performance, enhance visibility, and support executive decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and develop a team of FP&A professionals, providing structure, mentorship, and direction
- Partner with operations, accounting, and regional leaders to enhance reporting, KPIs, and business insights
- Deliver executive-ready reporting and presentations for leadership and board-level audiences
- Drive forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations
- Support M&A activity and integration efforts, including modeling and performance tracking
- Build and refine systems, processes, and analytics capabilities to support scalability
What We’re Looking For
- 8–10 years of FP&A experience, ideally within a high-growth or evolving environment
- Prior people leadership experience with the ability to develop and guide Managers
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-demand setting
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and storytelling capabilities
- Experience partnering with cross-functional and executive stakeholders
- Background in healthcare, consulting, or public accounting is a plus, not required
Compensation & Structure
- Base salary in the $160K–$170K range (flexible for exceptional candidates)
- Target bonus of ~25%
- Hybrid schedule (4 days in-office) in Southlake
