The Role in Brief...
- Direct the full financial close cycle
- Oversee and reconcile work with the Fund Administrator
- Manage investor communications, capital activity, and reporting
- Lead audit coordination and respond to auditor inquiries
- Support compliance filings, valuations, and expense analysis
What We’re Looking For...
- At least 6 -10 years across public accounting (within fund/investment), fund administration, or PE/investment management
- Deep technical expertise in fund accounting and alternative investment structures
- CPA HIGHLY preferred
- Highly proficient in Excel with strong analytical and communication skills

Compensation: $155-170K total comp GUARANATEED (depending on experience)
