Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the annual budgeting process and partner with operational leaders to support financial goals.
- Prepare monthly forecasts and analyze financial performance.
- Participate in month-end close activities, including journal entries, account analysis, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and review account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance by maintaining and testing internal controls.
- Provide financial and accounting analysis to management on a regular basis.
- Monitor inventory valuation and assist with cycle counts and physical inventory processes.
- Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.
- This position does not require travel.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
- 3 years of accounting experience.
- Manufacturing accounting experience preferred.
- CPA certification, public accounting experience, or cost accounting experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.
