LHH is recruiting for a full-time, hybrid Senior Account Manager for one of our agency clients in Milwaukee, WI. This is your chance to bring your client relationship building and nurturing skills, campaign management, leadership, campaign budgeting acumen, and collaboration skills to a terrific team and culture. Your strategic thinking and relationship-building skills will help you succeed in this role!
Location: Milwaukee, WI (3 days in office). Relocation assistance available for candidates located in the Midwest states.
Compensation: $60K-$83K (based on experience) bonus eligibility benefits

Role Requirements:
- Bachelor' s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or similar.
- 5-7 years of AGENCY experience in public relations, marketing, or integrated communications.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple client accounts and lead day-to-day communications strategy and execution.
- Advanced writing, editing, and storytelling skills across a variety of formats reports.
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing project budgets, timelines, and scopes of work.
- Strong ability to build and maintain positive client relationships with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Desire and aptitude to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage internal and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work strategically to translate business objectives into effective communications plans.
