Job Title: Sales Support Administrator
Location: On-site – Carson, CA
Schedule: Full Time, On-site
Compensation: $50,000 to $55,000
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized Sales Support Administrator to join our team in Carson. This role supports a busy sales department by managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating customer orders, and ensuring accurate documentation. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, order processing, and customer follow-up
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and sales documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and sales materials
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide status updates on orders
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and support overall team workflow
• Identify errors or discrepancies and resolve them quickly to maintain data accuracy
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working on-site in Carson, CA
