Title: Recruiting Coordinator (Entry-Level)
Location: Woodstock, GA (fully on site)
Comp: $25/hr
Overview:
We’re partnering with a growing organization looking to add a Recruiting Coordinator to support their talent acquisition team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone interested in building a career in recruiting or HR, with exposure to the full hiring lifecycle and daily interaction with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Post job openings across job boards, LinkedIn, and internal systems
- Review resumes and assist with initial candidate screening
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate records
- Assist with offer letters, onboarding coordination, and hiring paperwork
- Support recruiting events, job fairs, or outreach initiatives
- Provide general administrative support to the recruiting/HR team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant internship/administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems or recruiting tools is a plus
- Interest in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition
