What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Supervisor position at LHH?
This role will be hands on and responsible for ensuring product quality from raw materials through final production. This role plays a key part in supporting customers, guiding PPAP activities, and driving root-cause investigations for quality issues in the field.
What You’ll Do
• Lead a team of 2 quality professionals
• Maintain and improve quality processes, procedures, and standards
• Champion initiatives that support operational excellence
• Oversee product release decisions
• Manage the review and disposition of non‑conforming materials
• Drive continuous improvement across the ISO‑based Quality Management System
• Support supplier qualification activities
• Lead investigations into customer quality concerns
• Manage all documentation requirements for PPAP and SPAP submissions
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of experience in manufacturing environments
• 2 years in a leadership or management role
• Background in metal manufacturing
• Proven history of leading change and improving quality performance
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and experience developing structured quality programs
• Familiarity with fixturing, CMM equipment, and functional measurement methods
Salary Range: $85,000-$100,000
