What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Marketing Coordinator position at LHH?
LHH is working with a leading supplier in the chemical manufacturing industry, specialising in sustainable ingredients for personal care products such as shampoos, conditioners, and serums. Our client is looking for a Product Marketing Coordinator to join them on-site in Philadelphia. This role will become hybrid after the first few months, and report to the Director of Marketing Commercialisation and work cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, and Creative teams.
What You’ll Do
- Develop technical marketing content: Create scientific posters, white papers, advertisements, digital tools, sales presentations, and more.
- Track and analyze lead generation: Use data to generate actionable insights and optimize future campaigns.
- Run and measure campaigns: Perform A/B testing, monitor metrics, and pivot strategies for email and in-person campaigns. Stay on top of SEO trends.
What They're Looking For
- Industry experience: 2 years of product marketing experience in the Chemistry or Personal Care industry required; chemicals or science background preferred.
- Technical skills: HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva.
- Experience: Candidates with R&D or scientist backgrounds who have worked closely with products are highly preferred.
