What You’ll Do
- Assist attorneys with estate administrations and draft estate planning instruments
- Handle probate and post-death trust administration, including preparing pleadings and managing dockets
- File probate documents with Florida courts and marshal estate assets
- Support preparation of federal estate and gift tax returns
- Collaborate on special projects and provide high-level paralegal support
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Paralegal certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a medium to large law firm
- Strong knowledge of estate and trust administration
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
