Position: Private Wealth Manager (Family Office Manager)
Overview:
Lead day-to-day relationships for high- and ultra-high-net-worth families, delivering full-service Personal CFO and family office accounting support.
- Primary client contact and coordinator with CPAs, attorneys, and wealth advisors
- Oversee financial reporting, cash management, bill pay, payroll, and investment tracking
- Prepare client analysis supporting tax, estate, and charitable planning
- Manage and develop client service staff (1–2 years people management required)
- Ensure accuracy, controls, and timely delivery across all client work
Requires:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting (preferred) or related field
- CPA preferred – but not a must
- Some management experience is necessary
- 5 years supporting HNW/UHNW individuals or families
- Experience with trusts, estates, foundations, and complex entities
