Our client, a prestigious mid-size law firm is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Event Planner to support attorneys in a fast-paced law firm environment which will keep you challenged and busy. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and client-focused, with strong communication and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to attorneys; prepare, edit correspondence/legal documents, calendar management,meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reports/billable time
- Conduct necessary case research to aid the legal proceedings, drafting documents, collecting and analyzing confidential information and coordinating meetings.
- Assist with event planning, firm meetings and execution, including internal celebrations, client receptions, training sessions, and firm-wide gatherings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-2 years of administrative or legal experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Highly organized, excellent written & communication skills
- Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols
Additional Information:
Work hours are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM with occasional overtime. On-site 4 days.
