- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex logistics
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Organize and prioritize incoming communications and follow up as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Support meeting preparation, including agendas, materials, and follow-up actions
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with expense reporting, invoicing, and basic budget tracking
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Support special projects and ad hoc administrative needs as assigned
