Key Qualifications:
✅ 3 years of payroll processing experience
✅ Experience processing high-volume payroll
✅ Union payroll experience is required
✅ Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
✅ Experience with payroll systems and reporting
✅ High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Process large-volume payroll accurately and efficiently
- Manage union payroll requirements, deductions, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Review payroll data, audit reports, and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain payroll records and employee payroll documentation
- Partner with HR and Finance teams on payroll-related matters
