We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Specialist to join their finance team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support in the preparation and processing of payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employee salaries
- Handle the scanning and documentation of wage garnishment orders, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded and filed for compliance and processing purposes
- Maintain accurate records for union and non-union employees
- Collaborate with HR and Accounting to resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and submit weekly payroll reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 3 years of payroll experience
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paycom )
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
