We are hiring for a Payroll Accountant in Hales Corners, WI. This role is an addition to the accounting department and you will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll along with other accounting tasks. If you have at least three years of experience, this could be a good fit for you.
Payroll Accountant Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 200 employees
- Wage garnishments & taxes
- Calculate payroll adjustments and provide reporting
- Bank Reconciliations and Accounts Payable
Requirements:
- Three or more years of full cycle payroll and accounting experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree desired
- Comfortable working in systems like ADP WFN or Paychex
- Detail oriented, task driven, with professional communication skills
