Trust & Estate Administration Paralegal
Location: North Naples, FL (Fully Onsite, 34109)
Employment Type: Direct Hire, Full-time, W2
Compensation Range: $80,000 to $100,000 DOE
LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a respected Am Law ranked law firm who seeks an experienced Trust & Estate Administration Paralegal for a fully onsite role in North Naples.
This is an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable T&E paralegal who enjoys hands-on work and wants to make an immediate impact within a busy private client practice.
We are seeking someone with strong, recent Florida trust and estate administration experience who can hit the ground running.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys with all aspects of trust and estate administration
- Assist in preparing state and federal fiduciary income tax returns (Form 1041)
- Assist with state and federal estate and gift tax returns (Forms 706 and 709)
- Prepare probate and trust administration documents for filing
- Track deadlines and manage multiple matters with precision
- Collaborate closely with attorneys while maintaining strict confidentiality
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years of recent and tenured paralegal experience in FL estate administration (high-net-worth estates preferred)
- Hands-on experience assisting with fiduciary, estate, and gift tax returns
- Strong time management, organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional client service and clear written/verbal communication.
- High attention to detail with excellent proofreading.
- Proficiency with MS Office and estate administration software.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- FL Registered Paralegal (FRP) preferred but not required.
- Willingness to work fully onsite in North Naples
