Position Overview:
This role focuses on sales order entry and administrative support in a non-customer-facing capacity. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to accurately manage high-volume data entry while collaborating with internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Complete sales order entry within Oracle ERP
- Utilize Microsoft Lists (similar to SharePoint) to manage internal ticketing workflows
- Perform high-volume alphanumeric data entry with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing
- Support administrative functions across the department
- Non-customer-facing role (no phone work required)
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Experience with data entry (high volume preferred)
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills
