Operations Analyst
Location: Pennington, NJ
Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Pay Rate: $25.90/hour
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading financial services organization to support a contract Operations Analyst opportunity within Wealth Management Operations. This role sits on the Securities Pricing Services team and supports end‑of‑day pricing validation for investment securities across multiple lines of business.
About the Role
The Operations Analyst will support daily pricing processes, perform quality assurance reviews, and research pricing exceptions to ensure accuracy before data is released to downstream systems. This position plays a critical role in maintaining data integrity and supporting internal business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and resolve end‑of‑day pricing exceptions and variances using established procedures
- Perform inline and post‑release quality assurance reviews (missing price, price variance, stale price, unpriced securities, price revisions)
- Respond to pricing‑related inquiries from internal and external partners via email
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to leadership as appropriate
- Understand end‑to‑end pricing workflows, process controls, risks, and downstream impacts

Compensation
The pay rate for this position is $25.90 per hour.
