We are working with the Finance VP of a large Manufacturer based in New York City. They are looking for a dynamic M&A Manager to join their organization. This company offers a competitive salary w/ benefits including executive visibility and a hybrid schedule!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategically Partner with management team to find potential M&A targets
- Assist Finance VP with developing and tracking operational KPI's
- Actively cultivate due-diligence consultant networks
- Help maintain post-merger integration playbook
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting
- 5 years of M&A experience in Consulting, Advisory, Investment Banking, or Corp. Dev
- Heavy Modeling experience and expert proficiency with Excel
- Advanced working knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
COMPENSATION:
$130,000 - $145,000 20% Bonus
