Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee clinical operations across multiple outpatient imaging centers.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
- Manage technical supervisors, imaging staff, and clinical support teams.
- Drive quality assurance and quality control initiatives to maintain exceptional patient care standards.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning to ensure appropriate clinical coverage.
- Assist with equipment evaluation, maintenance planning, and capital acquisition initiatives.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and expense control strategies.
- Analyze clinical and financial data to improve operational efficiency and performance.
- Resolve escalated patient and referring provider concerns while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Partner with physicians, clinical leadership, and executive teams to implement strategic initiatives.
- Lead change management efforts and support organizational growth objectives.
- Facilitate team meetings, performance management, and professional development activities.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
- Current ARRT certification.
- Current New Mexico Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy licensure.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership or management experience with administrative and budgeting responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of radiology operations, imaging equipment, and diagnostic procedures.
- Experience managing quality assurance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with RIS, PACS, and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Multiple ARRT certifications.
- Experience managing multi-site imaging operations.
- Experience with accreditation and quality programs, including ACR standards.
- Advanced experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and operational planning.
- Previous experience leading large clinical teams and complex healthcare operations.
