LHH is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Market Director to lead and grow our Austin market. As Market Director, you will have responsibility for market performance, team development, sales strategy, profitability, and business expansion. This role leads recruiting and sales professionals while driving growth across temporary, permanent, and consulting services.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruiting and sales team.
- Drive revenue growth, gross margin, and market expansion initiatives.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to win new clients and grow existing accounts.
- Hire, train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve individual and market goals.
- Partner with clients to deliver exceptional talent solutions and customer experiences.
- Utilize business planning, forecasting, and financial analysis to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to increase market share.
- Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of staffing industry experience.
- Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience.
- Experience managing a profit center and driving business results preferred.
