Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager
Compensation: Up to $180,000 (depending on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

About the Role
We are seeking a Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, strengthening supplier relationships, managing inventory and procurement, and ensuring seamless alignment between materials, production, and customer delivery.
This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and enjoys building scalable processes that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily supply chain operations including procurement, production support, and material flow
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Manage inventory levels, reduce excess and obsolete stock, and improve forecasting accuracy
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, lead pricing negotiations and contract management
- Lead ERP (SAP S/4HANA) system implementation efforts and support ongoing system enhancements across sites
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, manufacturing, and leadership to meet production timelines and customer demand
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risk
- Lead, mentor, and develop a supply chain team while promoting accountability and performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in procurement, inventory management, and production support
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, including implementation and optimization
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within building products or a related manufacturing industry
- Background in process improvement, continuous improvement, and cost reduction initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
