About the Opportunity
A growing litigation practice is seeking a highly organized Trial Paralegal to support a partner handling complex business and commercial disputes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment, enjoys preparing cases for trial, and takes pride in keeping attorneys organized and trial-ready.
This position offers meaningful responsibility, direct attorney interaction, flexibility, and the opportunity to play a critical role in trial preparation and case management.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain litigation files from inception through trial.
- Prepare deposition materials, exhibit binders, witness files, and trial notebooks.
- Manage and organize trial exhibits, ensuring all materials are readily accessible and up to date.
- Assist with trial preparation, courtroom logistics, and in-person trial support.
- Coordinate and track document production, pleadings, discovery responses, and case deadlines.
- Respond promptly to attorney requests and assist with evolving case needs.
- Maintain electronic and physical case files in an organized and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with attorneys, legal support staff, and other team members to ensure matters progress smoothly.
Qualifications
- Prior litigation paralegal experience preferred, but not required for exceptional candidates.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional communication skills and attention to detail.
- Trial preparation and trial attendance experience preferred.
- Experience supporting commercial, business, or complex litigation matters is a plus.
- Experience with Everlaw or similar litigation/document management platforms is preferred.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to take ownership of responsibilities.

Compensation Competitive compensation commensurate with experience, generally expected within the $60,000 to $90,000 range, plus benefits.
Additional Information:
Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis up to 184 hours a year, 13 Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
