Senior HR Business Partner
Are you a strategic HR leader who excels at building trusted relationships, driving change, and partnering closely with business leaders? We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support our growing Finance and Information Technology organizations during a period of significant growth and transformation. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who brings strong business partnership experience, executive presence, and the ability to operate independently in a complex corporate environment. Reporting to a senior leader, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across Finance and IT, providing proactive, high-touch support while helping shape talent strategies that drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and day-to-day HR partnership to Finance and IT leadership teams.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with executives and managers, delivering a highly consultative, white-glove service model.
- Lead and support workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Partner with leaders to navigate organizational growth, leadership transitions, and change management efforts.
- Coach managers and executives on performance management, employee relations, leadership effectiveness, and team development.
- Utilize workforce data and insights to identify trends, recommend solutions, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Guide and support annual talent, compensation, and performance management processes.
- Collaborate with Talent Centers of Excellence and HR colleagues to implement programs and initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Drive a proactive business partnership approach, helping leaders anticipate and address organizational and talent needs before issues arise.
- Contribute to the continued development and maturity of the HR Business Partner function as the team expands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and/or HR certification preferred.
- 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant HR Business Partner responsibility.
- Proven experience supporting corporate functions such as Finance, IT, Shared Services, or other professional services environments.
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and translating business needs into people strategies.
- Executive presence and communication skills that inspire confidence and credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional relationship-building, consulting, coaching, and change management capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working within complex and/or matrixed organizations preferred.
