LHH is partnering with a commercial national HVAC manufacturer on a search for a Plant Financial Analyst to join their Redmond, OR location. You will be an embedded financial partner who supports plant leadership through reporting, forecasting and insights that improve plant performance. This is a direct hire job, offering a salary between $100K - $120K 12% bonus and 20% equity. Here are some more details to consider:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversight of connecting cost drivers, labor efficiency, material usage and transforming complex financial data into clear recommendations
- Prepare budgets, rolling forecasts and financial modeling
- Conduct variance analysis, identifying root causes and providing corrective actions
- Validating data, improving reporting and enhance cost behaviors
QUALIFICATIONS
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
- 4 years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance, accounting or similar disciplines
- Strong financial principles, cost accounting and operating metric understanding
- Ability to identify trends and connect drivers to cost outcomes
