Legal Billing Analyst (Direct Hire)

📍 Kansas City, MO | 💵 $55,000–$70,000 | 🕘 Onsite for training → Hybrid (2 WFH / 3 office)

LHH is partnering with our client to hire a Legal Billing Analyst with 2 years’ experience. In this role, you’ll manage the full billing cycle—draft review/edits, e‑billing, A/R tracking, and invoice submissions—while partnering closely with attorneys and operations.

What you’ll do

• Review/edit billing drafts and prepare e‑bills & statements

• Submit invoices via email/online portals; track A/R and follow up on past‑dues

• Maintain accurate client/rate data and billing codes; produce periodic reports

What we’re looking for

• 2 years in law firm/professional services billing

• Advanced Excel; strong attention to detail & problem‑solving

• Experience with QuickBooks, TABS or similar systems preferred
