Job Title: Legal Assistant
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $60,000-$70,000 DOE

Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a well-established law firm to identify an experienced Legal Assistant to support its Litigation team in the Anchorage office. This role is well suited for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both litigation and corporate matters.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, format, proofread, and finalize legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, filings, and correspondence
- File documents in state, federal, and appellate courts, both electronically and in person
- Manage litigation calendars and monitor court deadlines
- Review documents for proper citation and compliance with court formatting requirements
- Assist with time entry, billing support, and professional client communications
- Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant electronic case files
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a legal assistant role, with a strong litigation focus
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience with Alaska court systems and e-filing preferred
