Job Title: Legal Assistant Location: Anchorage, Alaska Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Salary: $60,000-$70,000 DOE Employment Type: Direct Hire Job Description: LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a well-established law firm to identify an experienced Legal Assistant to support its Litigation team in the Anchorage office. This role is well suited for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both litigation and corporate matters. Responsibilities: Prepare, format, proofread, and finalize legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, filings, and correspondence File documents in state, federal, and appellate courts, both electronically and in person Manage litigation calendars and monitor court deadlines Review documents for proper citation and compliance with court formatting requirements Assist with time entry, billing support, and professional client communications Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant electronic case files Qualifications: 5 years of experience in a legal assistant role, with a strong litigation focus Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Experience with Alaska court systems and e-filing preferred Benefits: Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
