LHH has partnered with mid-size manufacturing organization in Fort Washington, PA in their search for an Interim Controller. This candidate will work directly with the CFO to help oversee various projects related to accounting and finance.
Are you an Accounting/Finance Leader with a passion for driving operational excellence in fast-paced environment? We’re looking for an Interim Controller to lead accounting and financial reporting for a dynamic organization in the Greater Fort Washington, PA Area!
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all accounting functions, including monthly close and policy implementation
- Streamline financial close
- Develop monthly financial reporting trend files for senior leadership
- Track KPIs for analysis
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Staff
- Conduct balance sheet analyses
- Create budgeting processes for newly acquired businesses
- Prepare year-end financial statements for audit
What You Bring:
- BS in Accounting / Finance
- 10 years of related experience
- Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities
