Service Desk/IT Support Specialist
We’re looking for an Onsite - IT Support Specialist for our client. If you have 5-10 years of experience in Ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Window, Linux, hardware and software troubleshooting domain then this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a company known for excellence.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across PCs and laptops.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Manage and resolve IT service requests using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware components and software applications.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and maintain documentation of solutions.
What You Bring (Must have)
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Strong knowledge of IT support processes, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with PC and laptop hardware components.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

💵 Pay: $27 - $29/hr
