HR Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a HR Specialist for a growing organization in Nashville, TN! The HR Specialist will support day-to-day HR operations and play a hands-on role in employee experience, talent acquisition, compliance, and HRIS management. This role is ideal for a HR professional who enjoys variety, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a growing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support recruiting activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and offer preparation
- Assist with benefit administration and open enrollment support
- Help ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local employment laws
- Assist with training coordination, policy updates, and HR projects
- Additional duties and projects when needed
Qualifications:
- 2 years of HR experience required
- Completed Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field required
- Working knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Self-starter who can adapt in a growing, evolving organization
Pay Range: $24-25/HR, depending on experience
Worksite location: In-Office
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
