This position requires the candidate to be on-site at their Hillsboro, OR location.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations and support a growing workforce. This role will partner closely with leadership on employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, and HR program administration. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and comfortable balancing strategic HR initiatives with daily employee support. Responsibilities are aligned with typical HR Manager functions, including recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
• Partner with managers on employee performance, coaching, disciplinary actions, and workplace concerns.
• Support recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
• Administer benefits, leave programs, and HR policies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data integrity.
• Lead and support employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and workforce data for leadership review.
• Assist with compensation reviews and workforce planning efforts.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers across the organization. Responsibilities reflect common HR Manager duties such as overseeing recruiting, employee relations, compliance, HR programs, and advising leaders on workforce issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5 years of progressive HR experience, including experience handling employee relations and compliance matters.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or related certification is a plus. Typical HR Manager backgrounds include a bachelor's degree and several years of progressive HR experience.
