HRIS Analyst (Oracle experience)
San Francisco, CA | Hybrid
Pay range: $50–55/hr
Contract length: 10-12 months
Oue client is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support ongoing and upcoming Oracle HRIS project. This role is ideal for a hands-on, technically strong analyst who has been directly involved in Oracle implementations and enjoys deep system analysis, configuration, and project-based work.
This position will play a key role in building, testing, and launching Oracle HRIS modules and will support critical implementation and optimization efforts.
Responsibilities
• Serve as a hands-on HRIS Analyst supporting Oracle HRIS modules
• Configure, build, and maintain Oracle HRIS modules to meet business needs
• Support Oracle HRIS implementations, including testing and launch phases
• Partner with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Support UAT, testing cycles, and post-launch stabilization
• Provide additional hands-on support for HRIS projects and enhancements as needed
• Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and documentation throughout implementations
Qualifications
• Proven experience as an HRIS Analyst with a strong technical background
• Hands-on experience building and configuring modules within Oracle HRIS
• Prior involvement in at least one Oracle HRIS implementation
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Experience supporting testing, launches, and post-implementation support
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
