Contract Document Control Associate | Human Resources
We’re seeking a Contract Document Control Associate to support the Human Resources team for a short-term assignment in Bartlesville, OK. This is an on-site, full-time role (40 hours/week) for 6–12 weeks, ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail and experience reviewing documentation in HR, onboarding, or compliance environments.
What You’ll Do:
- Review employee compliance documentation for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with company standards
- Verify required documents are present, legible, and properly completed per established procedures
- Identify, document, and track errors, omissions, and discrepancies in submitted records
- Communicate issues clearly to the appropriate contacts and outline required corrections
- Follow up on outstanding documentation to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain organized records in line with document retention and privacy guidelines
- Escalate recurring, high-risk, or time-sensitive issues to the Manager or designated contact
What You Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; at least 18 years of age
- Legal authorization to work in the job posting country
- Experience reviewing documents or data for accuracy and compliance (HR, onboarding, administrative, or quality review preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures consistently
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data privacy
- Comfort working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

💵Pay Rate: $18 - $20/hr
